| Mr. Paul Chen – Managing Partner |
Mr. Chen manages the firm's various
practice areas. Prior to
joining the firm, Mr. Chen was with
Deloitte and Touche in charge of audit
engagements plus tax services as a tax manager. Mr.
Chen’s other professional experience
includes management positions in
companies with complex multistate issues
in the area of income, property, and
sales taxation.
Mr. Chen is a
certified public accountant in the State
of California. He received his MBA –
Finance degree from the Marshall School
of Business at University of Southern
California and an undergraduate System
Science degree from University of
California at Los Angeles. |

| Mr. Tom Chou – Partner |
Mr. Chou was a partner of Deloitte,
Haskins & Sells, and T.N. Soong & Co. (a
member firm of an international
accounting firm in Taiwan). He also
taught accounting in the National Chiao
Tung University and served as a
section-chief of the International
Commercial Bank of China in Taiwan.
Mr. Chou received his MBA degree from
University of Utah. He was a member of
the Taiwan and the Taipei Institutes of
Certified Public Accountants before
joining this firm. |

| Mr. Chin-Wei Fan – Partner |
Mr. Fan is in charge of the firm’s
northern California operations. He
served with a state tax authority for
many years prior to his current
position.
Mr. Fan is a certified
public accountant in the State of
California. He received his Bachelor of
Commerce degree from Soochow University
in Taiwan. |

| Ms. Ellen Jen – Partner |
Ms. Jen is responsible for audit
and review engagements. She had been an
audit manager of the firm and has
specific strength in audit and review of
financial statements. Her prior
experience includes working in Taiwan at
a subsidiary company of a U.S. publicly
listed company and at one of the
Big-Four accounting firms.
Ms.
Jen is a certified public accountant in
the State of California. She received
her MS degree in accountancy from
California State University, Fullerton. |

| Ms. Frances Juan – Partner |

Ms. Juan serves
as a partner in both review and audit
engagements. Her experience includes an
assistant audit manager of our firm and
nine-year working experience at a
Big-Four accounting firm in Taiwan. She
was a partner of Deloitte & Touche
Taiwan prior to rejoin our firm. She
also taught Accounting at Chung-Hwa
University in Taiwan. Her professional
expertise is the audit of international
companies and to assist companies going
IPO in the US and other countries.
Ms.
Juan is a certified public accountant in
the State of California. She received
her MBA degree from Wayne State
University, Michigan. |

Ms. Li serves as a partner in both

Ms. Lin is
responsible for income tax planning,
consulting, and compliance in areas
including corporation, individual, and
flow-through entity taxation and related
IRS and State tax audits. Prior to
joining the firm, Ms. Lin was a tax
manager with Deloitte, where she
accumulated extensive tax, audit,
consulting, and other related
experiences of serving multinational
clients.
Ms. Lin is a

States of California and Illinois. She
received her MBT (Master of Business
Taxation) degree from the Marshall
School of Business at University of
Southern California and MSA (Master of
Science in Accountancy) degree from

Mrs. Yu is in charge of the

Mr. Chen is a certified public

State of California. He received his MBA
degree from University of California at
Los Angeles. He formerly served as
Associate Professor in the graduate
school of accounting at Soochow
University, Taiwan.
Mr. Chen was
a partner in the accounting firm of T.N.
Soong & Co. (a member firm of an
international accounting firm in
Taiwan), an audit manager of a U.S.
international accounting firm, and a
member of the Accounting Principles
Steering Committee of the Taiwan and the
Taipei Institutes of Certified Public
Accountants. |

Mr. C.T. Wu – Partner
Emeritus |
|
Mr. Wu was a partner of Deloitte,
Haskins & Sells, and T.N. Soong & Co. (a
member firm of an international
accounting firm in Taiwan) prior to his
current position. He served as a
specialist to Bank of Communications in
Taiwan. Mr. Wu is a graduate of National
Taiwan University. He was a member of
the Audit Standard Board and Financial
Accounting Standard Board of Financial
Accounting Development Foundation of the
Republic of China, and Vice-Chairman of
the Accounting and Audit Committee of
National Federation of CPA Association
(Republic of China). He also served as
an advisor of certain listed companies
in Taiwan.
Mr. Wu was a member of
the Taiwan and the Taipei Institutes of
Certified Public Accountants and was a
director of the Institutes before
joining this firm. |
